Do colonics hurt?
Colonics aren’t painful but they can be uncomfortable. There are times during a colonic where you may experience diarrhea like cramping sensations. Most people will experience cramps pass coinciding with a waste release.
When your colonic is done and you allow your body to finish releasing all the water and waste inside of you, the awareness of active peristalsis will stop and you should be able to get on with your day comfortably. If you do this, your colon will not releasee anymore waste or water when you leave our office.
